Conditions of Use for JCUMetSat Weather Satellite Images.

The following images can be downloaded under the following conditions:

1) If the images are published or re-distributed (ftp, www, paper etc):

1. The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at James Cook University, Townsville, Australia is to be acknowledged for receiving and processing the images.

2. The Japanese Meteorological Agency is to be acknowledged for providing the GMS satellite and the raw data.

3. The images are not to be altered.

4. A copy of these conditions are to be placed in the ftp or www directory which contain the images and html links must point to these conditions in the case of www pages.

2) The Images are not to be sold.
